do you take cash or check?
We’re 100% electronical, which means we can only take credit card as a form of payment. If there are special circumstances, you’re encouraged to email us before booking to see if we can accommodate.

All the cleaners who work with us pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only the best cleaners with past referrals can work with us.
what happens if i need to reschedule?
Simple! Just email or call to let us know and we’ll accommodate you immediately!
what is your 200% guarantee policy?
If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7 day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.
what happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?
